Reservations during the Motorcycle Rally are non-refundable
No refunds for early departures. 30-day stays must be cancelled 14 days in advance. In order to avoid additional charges.
Nightly and weekly stays must be cancelled 14 days in advance to receive a refund minus credit card processing fee. Changes to the length of can be made without a charge subject to space availability.
All reservations are payable in advance.
Rates are based on 1-2 people additional charge $5.00 per person per night for each extra person. Includes electric, sewer, water, does not include sales tax (9%) or credit card processing fee (2.9%). Any discount should be mentioned at time of booking, we are unable to make adjustments once reservation is made,
Nightly Rate: $70.00 per night
Weekly Rate: $317.00 must stay 7 nights
30 days stay Rate: $860.10 must stay 30 nights, rent will be paid 1 month in advance. Must give 14 days’ notice if you decide to leave early.
Good Sam Rate: $63.00 per night
Family Motor Coach Association: $63.00 per night
Coast to Coast Rate: $63.00 per night
Passport America Rate: $35.00 per night for maximum of 2 nights. Limited availability please call to see if space is available (Not available on holidays or during Sturgis motorcycle rally weeks. 1 discount per stay.
Tent Camping Rate: $15.00 per person per night
10% Discount for active or retired military, Veterans, SD residents, and seniors over 65. This discount is off the nightly rate only.
